Sweet Miss K had such a good time getting her portraits taken. So many expressions with this one! I used a ring flash for fill, two strip soft boxes as kickers, a light behind her for the backdrop and a beauty dish above her.

Big Kid M - Ringflash Edition

Here is more experimenting with ringflash photography.  This was without the beauty dish, which I do like the dish. These are taken with Alien Bee ABR 800 Ringflash Unit. I've posted a link to the Paul C Buff website. Love them.

Baby T - Ringflash and Beauty Dish Edition

I went on a mission this week: to experiment, to break out of my softbox tradition, to add some glamour and all around pizzazz. I rearranged my studio lighting set up and broke out the ringflash and beauty dish. Oh the fun! First of all, I LOVE a good ringflash, but when I added toe beauty dish with a grid above....well, you can check out the adorableness of baby T. Enjoy!
